Residencial Oporto 59 was a multifamily residential building offering 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, including penthouses with terraces. The development included 24 units, each with a storage room and parking space.

The façade combined natural stone, aluminum, glass, and brick, creating a contemporary and striking design that stood out in the area. The interiors were filled with natural light, thanks to the large vertical glass panels incorporated into the façade.

This new urban development also contributed to the revitalization of one of the main commercial hubs of the neighborhood, near Avenida del General Ricardos, by pedestrianizing the surrounding streets. The location offered excellent connectivity, with Opañel and Oporto metro stations just a short walk away, bus stops only 50 meters from the building, and quick, convenient access to the Toledo motorway (A-42).
